What to Do?

I got a call from a TSX Venture company trading under a nickel...

"heads up call" 

"a news release out today"

"another drill program"

"NOW is when you want to be looking at us"

"all the big developments are still to come"

They have a few hundred thousand in the bank and they are drilling somewhere in Africa. While this comany could hit it big, I percieve it as a longshot. 

...and what distorted logic inspires them to spend their dwindling cash on calling people about their precarious situation?
