Green is Good...Mostly

A fascinating psychological study from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management was recently published in Psychological Science. Key findings include:

  1. People act more altruistically after mere exposure to green than conventional products.

  2. People act less altruistically and are more likely to cheat and steal after purchasing green products as opposed to conventional products.

Something to think about the next time you're hit up to offset your carbon footprint.
