HREE Mini-bull Market

The rare earth element "IUM" bull market is getting a further boost from a Telegraph article by Ambrose Evans-Pritchard.

A draft report by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has called for a total ban on foreign shipments of terbium, dysprosium, yttrium, thulium, and lutetium.

This report was released on Aug. 17, 2009, by China's Ministry of Information Technology (as reported in Metal Pages, Beijing) and was disseminated quickly buy Ucore Uranium (UCU.V) in a press release the next day.

I can't pronounce the names of many of the rare earth elements properly and I'd be hard pressed to tell you the gory details of which element is used in which high tech application. I did foreshadow this bull market back in October of last year when I posted a twitpic. Go ahead and Google "terbium bull market" to see.

My paying subscribers got a nice jump on the mini-bull market in HREEs.
