Powering Up with Powerwave

Wavefront Energy and Environmental Services (WEE.V) announced news on a couple of exciting projects yesterday:

• It has instituted a surfactant-aided Powerwave water flood in Rogers county in a joint project with Oil Chem Technologies.



• Powerwave operations in the Rodney South farm-in venture are now fully
  operational with early water injection results being very encouraging
  compared with non-Powerwave injection data.

We've talked about Oil Chem Technologies previously on these pages. It is interesting to see some synergy whereby chemicals are more effectively injected using Powerwave. The Rodney South project has experienced completion delays but now that it is turned on, results should be released within a few months.
