Golden Star Resources is one of the "Heroes of the HUI" because it has the most leverage to the gold price. Unfortunately when gold prices drop, Golden Star lacks a golden parachute and it falls faster. We had a bounce off the $2.90 level corresponding with an increase in gold price. Its a relatively safe entry point because we're not that far above $2.90. A close below this level kills the trade.
