Alberta Last in Royalty Comparison Report

Jack Mintz of The School of Public Policy at the University of Calgary has released a paper on the tax and royalty burdens on oil and gas investments in British Columbia, Alberta,
Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland & Labrador along with Texas. Alberta did not fare well by comparison to the other provinces according to Mintz.
